SiteStart is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: nothing to cancel, only a refund to request if something's wrong.

Before you accept repository access

Paid but haven't accepted your GitHub invite yet? Full refund, no questions asked.

After you've received access

This is a digital product delivered as immediate source code access, so refunds after that are handled case by case, for issues like a duplicate charge, a delivery failure, or the product materially not matching what's described here. We can't refund simply for a change of mind once you've had the code.

How to request one

Email 26bz@proton.me with the email you paid with and the charge date. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
